The Chicagoland Chapter #2001 of USA Dance looks forward to hosting you at the
USA Dance 2010 Chicago DanceSport Challenge and USA Dance National Cabaret
Championships on Friday to Sunday, February 19-21, at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare,
9300 Bryn Mawr Ave., Rosemont, Illinois. The Hyatt Regency O'Hare
Ballroom offers a large ballroom. We invite DanceSport athletes from in and
outside the North Central Region to compete and all those who love ballroom
dancing to come watch the competition and enjoy the Friday and Saturday evening
social dancing. This is a recognized and sanctioned USA Dance competition;
competitors will be eligible to earn proficiency points.

or at the door. Mail in advance orders for spectator tickets by downloarding the
Spectator Ticket Order Form and the evening social dancing must be postmarked by
February 16, 2010. Prepaid tickets will be held at the door. USA Dance Members and
students must present a valid membership card or school ID.

The Hyatt Regency O'Hare is a non-smoking establishment. Do not bring alcoholic beverages
into the ballroom. We have arranged commercial videotaping; however, you may
bring your own video equipment. All video and still cameras must be battery
operated;
no tripods or lights are permitted.
All persons attend this event at their own risk and agree to hold harmless the
organizers, USA Dance and the Hyatt Regency O'Hare from any injury
sustained at the event. Each person is solely responsible for his/her own
belongings; the organizers, USA Dance and the Hyatt Regency O'Hare cannot
be held liable for any loss or theft of articles left in changing rooms, ballroom,
hotel rooms and other event facilities. All persons agree, unless they notify
the organizers otherwise, that USA Dance may use any film, video or photograph
containing their images as well as their identifying names.
